My name is Joe Calcagno and I operate RARE Corvettes, a small, one person, but fully licensed, insured and bonded California retail automobile dealership specializing in early Corvettes and the parts that fit them.
My specialty years are 1956 through 1962 but I also do some business in Corvettes of other years. I offer personalized service, and strive for high quality and customer satisfaction. I have been in the automobile business in California for over forty years. I have a special connection to the early Corvettes. I received GM factory training and worked on them in Chevrolet Dealerships when they were new. I judge these cars in National competition, I give seminars and workshops, and I have written extensively on them, specializing in restoration techniques and items of special interest.
In addition to the restoration services and parts we have a very large selection of restorable Corvettes.
Finally, I work very hard to make every transaction a positive experience for my customers.
