RARE Corvette Policies:

We want to provide excellent customer service and we want you to feel safe and confident when doing business with RARE Corvettes. Here are the policies and procedures we have in place in order to help us serve your Corvette needs.


We protect the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us and that your personal information will only be used as set forth in this policy. This includes your name, address, phone number, email address, and credit card information.

We will not sell your personal information to anyone! EVER!


Our guarantee lets you have the product at your home location for your approval. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply call us and return it within 3 days of your receipt of the product, unused and in the original packaging and we’ll replace it or refund the cost of the item, less the shipping charges and Pay Pal fees, no questions asked.


All damages, shortages, or errors must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the package.

Damaged Goods - Shipping Related:

* If there appears to be any external damage to the packaging, such as crushed or dented sides          or corners, or any tears or holes in the package, immediately inspect the contents of the  package for parts damage. If damage is found, DO NOT CONTACT THE CARRIER. IMMEDIATELY CALL RARE Corvettes AT (831) 475-4442 to report the damages.

  1. *Do not destroy the package or box in which the item was shipped. Please save it for inspection by the carrier.

 * Have the package and invoice with you when you call so we can process your replacement.

 * If a claim is filed, arrangements will be made for pickup of package with entire contents.

Shortages or Errors:


  1. *All shortages or errors must be reported within (3) days of receipt of order. NO EXCEPTIONS.       

  2. * Call us at (831) 475-4442 immediately and we will process an exchange or replacement as required.


* We request that you call for authorization to return any item. You will find no resistance to your using your return privilege. It is recommended that you insure the package and retain your receipt of shipment.  

Shipping Information:

* Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order.

* Small packages are sent by U.S. Postal Service Priority or Express Mail. This service is the fastest and most economical for this size of package. The U.S.P.S. delivers to the continental United States as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and military addresses (APO/FPO) Monday through Saturday.

* Larger packages will be shipped regular Ground Service by UPS. UPS Ground Service delivers to a most all of the U.S. within 5 days from our location.

 Payment Methods:

* Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa or Discover.

* Money orders: mailed with your order. (US funds only).

* No checks of any kind are accepted, including Cashier’s checks.

I accept the three most common Credit and Debit cards over the phone, by email or by FAX  for your convenience.
